How To Get Started?

Let’s get started in 7 quick and easy steps:

Step 1: Register Account & Log in

Register a Platform account from the Platform’s website with your email.

You can login your account and modify your safety validation of your account in security center.

Step 2: Complete KYC Verification

Complete Identity Verification of your account to unlock deposit and withdrawal functions. This process typically takes a few minutes to complete, which includes 3 identity types of personal identity, coporation identity and fund identity, all of them need providing ID documentation and some legal documents, hoping you prepare for them in advance.

Be sure to secure your account - while we do everything to keep your account secure, you also have the power to increase the security of your account on the Platform which is mentioned in detail under the Security section of the Help Center.

Step 3: Deposit

If you already hold cryptocurrency in another wallet, you can deposit it into your Platform's Wallet and hope you prepare for wallet address as deposit origin in advance. For more information on how to deposit and withdraw cryptocurrency from your account, please refer to our FAQ section at the help center.The platform also supports fiat currency deposit. Select fiat currency deposit on the recharge page, support Telegraphic Transfer transfer, and require a unique code to be noted.

Please note that you should never share your Account or Wallet passwords, private keys, or MFA codes with anyone. The Platform will never ask you to disclose sensitive information.

Step 4: Transfer of fund

You need to confirm you asset overview on platform after you finish your deposit. You can contact with our support stuff through email if your asset type and counts are wrong. Once you confirm your asset count in funding account, you can transfer you fund from funding account to trading account preparing for the crypto and other trading.

Step 5: Starting trading on the Platform

Explore products including spot trading,perpetual futures and LFX on the platform. You can use trading account to start trading, which is mutil-assets cross margin mode and being isolation from funding account.

Step 6: Query trading record

You can query full position risk control information and profits & loss in the trading account. All of trading record and funding record will be recorded in Transactions record menu.

Step 7: Withdrawal

You can withdrawal suplus assets through application for currency withdrawal and hoping you prepare for your private wallet address in advance.
