How to KYC verification?

NEXUS FINTRADE (Beta) is a legal and compliant digital currency broker platform that utilizes KYC real-name authentication to meet regulatory authorities' compliance requirements.

For individual

For natural person users, you need to prepare personal identity documents in advance, such as personal passport, ID card or driving license, address proof documents, etc., to ensure that it is you who authenticates your identity.

The authentication path is to select the security center from the personal profile picture on the home page, select the KYC verification, click the verification to select the natural person identity authentication, fill in the basic information of the individual and provide the photo of the relevant certificate, including the photo of the identity certificate, the address proof document and the photo of the individual holding the identity certificate.

Please ensure the clarity of the photo, so that the platform can efficiently review your information.

For corporation

Corporation users, you also need to prepare relevant materials and certificate information in advance, including enterprise business license or company registration certificate, the latest company search report, articles of association, license or certificate of licensed organization, identity certificate and address certificate of shareholders holding more than 25% of the shares, Identification documents, proof of residential address and letter of authorization of the authorized person of the enterprise to ensure that it is a real and valid legal person to carry out transaction-related business on the platform.

The authentication path is to select the security center from the personal profile picture on the home page, select the KYC verification, click the verification to select the legal person identity authentication, fill in the basic information of the enterprise, fill in the information of directors and shareholders, fill in the information of the enterprise authorization and administrator, and upload the relevant ID photos.Whether it is actually open or not depends on the channels provided by the platform.

For fund

Fund users, you need to prepare relevant materials and certificate information in advance, including fund contract, fund sales documents, list of signed authorized persons, fund establishment documents, ID cards and address certificates of fund holders and administrative personnel, relevant documents of fund manager for each GP and LP, and relevant documents of fund custody, if any. To ensure that it is a real and effective fund user to carry out transaction-related business on the platform.

The authentication path is to select the Security Center from the first-level menu on the home page, select KYC verification, click verification to select the fund identity authentication, fill in the basic information of the fund, fill in the information of the fund manager, fill in the fund custody information if any, fill in the fund due diligence questionnaire, and upload the ID photos of relevant personnel.Whether it is actually open or not depends on the channels provided by the platform.

If you cannot fill in and submit the materials at one time, please be sure to click "Save" on the end page.
